How to Give Feedback

Compliments:

If you are satisfied with the service you received and would like to compliment the staff or the service itself, we warmly welcome your feedback. Positive feedback helps us recognize the work of our staff and share best practices.

  • Email: Please send your compliments to WorcesterHH@gmail.com. Be sure to include any details of your experience, including the names of any staff members involved, if possible.

Complaints:

If you’re not satisfied with the service you’ve received, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible so we can address your concerns. We take all complaints seriously and treat them as an opportunity to improve.

  1. Initial Contact: If you feel comfortable, we encourage you to discuss your concerns directly with the person or team involved. Often, issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
  2. Formal Complaint: If your concern has not been resolved or you prefer not to discuss it with the person involved, please email us at WorcesterHH@gmail.com with the following information:
    • Your full name and contact details
    • A detailed description of your complaint
    • Any relevant dates and times
    • The name(s) of any staff member(s) involved, if known
    • How you would like us to resolve the matter

What Happens Next?

  • Upon receiving your email, we will send you an acknowledgment within 5 working days.
  • Your complaint will be thoroughly investigated by our management team. We may contact you for further information if needed.
  • We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. We will provide you with a full response or an update on our progress within 28 days.

All feedback, whether compliments or complaints, will be treated with confidentiality and in accordance with our privacy policy. Your information will only be used to address your feedback and improve our services.
